You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (or of receiving this notice, if later), for any reason. Email ilan@kettleandhoop.shop with your order number and the words "I want to cancel my order." We refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, to your original payment method, including the original shipping charge.
- Damaged, faulty, missing parts or wrong item: email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice, and you won't pay for return shipping.
- Change of mind: send the kit back unused, in its original packaging if you can, within 14 days of cancelling. You pay return shipping. We don't charge a cancellation fee.
- Return address: please email us at ilan@kettleandhoop.shop and we'll send you the return address.
- Not shipped yet? Email us and we'll cancel and refund you in full.
Your legal consumer rights are not affected.
