<h3>1. Who we are</h3>
<p>This store is run by Ilan Pinhasov, trading as Kettle & Hoop, , ilan@kettleandhoop.shop. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.</p>
<h3>2. Our store runs on Shopify</h3>
<p>Shopify hosts the store, and checkout is handled by Shopify and our payment processors.</p>
<h3>3. Products</h3>
<ul>
<li>We sell beginner embroidery kits and describe each kit as accurately as we can. Some product images are digitally created to show the finished look. What ships is the kit described in the product's "What's in the kit" list.</li>
<li>Thread colours and fabric may vary slightly from photos because of screen settings and dye batches.</li>
<li><strong>Safety:</strong> kits contain sharp needles (and scissors in the Gift Box) and small parts. Ages 13+, with adult supervision. Not a toy.</li>
</ul>
<h3>4. Prices and payment</h3>
<ul>
<li>Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Shipping is added as described in our Shipping Policy, and sales tax is added where it applies.</li>
<li>If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.</li>
<li>We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or an item out of stock). If we do, we'll refund you in full.</li>

<h3>5. Order confirmation</h3>
<p>Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email.</p>
<h3>6. Shipping, cancellation and returns</h3>
<p>See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which are part of these terms. Your legal consumer rights are not affected.</p>
<h3>7. Lessons and content</h3>
<p>Instructions and patterns are for your personal use. Please don't resell or redistribute them.</p>
<h3>8. Accounts</h3>
<p>You're responsible for keeping your account password safe and for activity on your account.</p>
<h3>9. Acceptable use</h3>
<p>Please don't misuse the site, for example by attempting to hack or scrape it, or using it for anything illegal.</p>
<h3>10. Liability</h3>
<p>We're responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your rights under Israeli consumer law and the consumer laws where you live.</p>
<h3>11. Governing law and disputes</h3>
<p>Please contact us first and we'll try to resolve any problem quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel and the courts of Israel, <strong>but if you're a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts</strong>.</p>
<h3>12. Changes to these terms</h3>
<p>We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you placed your order.</p>
