Refund policy

<p>We want you to enjoy your kit. If something isn't right, here's how cancellations, returns and refunds work.</p>
<h3>Your 14-day right to cancel</h3>
<p>You can cancel your order <strong>for any reason within 14 days</strong>. The 14 days start from the later of these two dates: the day you receive your kit, or the day you receive this policy and our seller details in writing (for example, in your order confirmation email).</p>
<p>To cancel, email ilan@kettleandhoop.shop with your order number and the words "I want to cancel my order." You can also use our contact form. You don't have to give a reason.</p>
<h3>Change of mind</h3>
<ul>
<li>Send the kit back unused and in its original packaging, if you can, within 14 days of cancelling.</li>
<li>You pay the cost of return shipping.</li>
<li>We don't charge a cancellation fee.</li>
<li>Return address: please email us at ilan@kettleandhoop.shop and we will send you the return address.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Damaged, faulty, missing parts or wrong item</h3>
<p>If your kit arrives damaged or faulty, has parts missing, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo. We'll send you a replacement or a full refund, your choice, and you won't pay for return shipping.</p>
<h3>Refunds</h3>
<ul>
<li>We refund <strong>within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice</strong>, to your original payment method.</li>
<li>The refund includes the price of the kit and the original shipping charge.</li>
<li>Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show the refund.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Cancelling before shipping</h3>
<p>If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.</p>
<h3>Chargebacks</h3>
<p>Please contact us first. We can usually sort it out faster than your bank can.</p>
