<p>Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong.</p>
<h3>Lost or delayed parcels</h3>
<p>If your tracking hasn't updated for 14 days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you haven't received it, email us at ilan@kettleandhoop.shop. We'll check with the carrier, and if the parcel is lost we'll send a replacement or a full refund.</p>
