- Where we ship: the United States, Israel and selected international countries. Available countries are shown at checkout.
- Shipping cost: United States $4.99, free on orders of $35 and over. Other destinations are shown at checkout.
- Processing and delivery times: we'll confirm your estimated delivery time by email when your order is confirmed. If we can't ship within that time (or within 30 days if no time was given), we'll email you with a new date and you can cancel for a full refund.
- Tracking: when your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.
- Ships from: orders are sent by our fulfilment partner, not from Israel. We'll tell you the ship-from location in your shipping confirmation.
- Customs and duties: any import duties or taxes for your country are shown at checkout where they apply. If you have a question before ordering, email ilan@kettleandhoop.shop.
- Lost or damaged parcels: if your tracking stops updating, or your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, email ilan@kettleandhoop.shop. We'll check with the carrier, and if the parcel is lost or arrives damaged we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
